Due to the hugely inflated prices that are being quoted to us by our suppliers we have decided to take a step back and let the whole currnetly manic market settle down. We anticipate that this is in the best interest of our clients.
AS A RESULT of the above we now aim to announce package details of the games in Donetsk by the end of January or start of February (This is also around the time when we believe most people will find out about tickets). For those that cannot wait we are sure that there are plenty of packages available (so called official or otherwise) but they are at prices that we believe do not appeal to our clientele. We hope by the end of January to have a clear and better idea of how Ukraine airports will allocate slots and parking and we also hope that by then our airlines can find decent hotels at reasonable prices for their crew rest. It is simply not possible for us to operate aircraft with no guarantee of slots, parking and hotels for our crews to rest .
If you book with another operator you might wish to check that they have confirmed flight times.
We will update this page towards the end of January by which time we hope to have some better news for everyone. If the experience of previous tournaments is anything to go by we believe there is little point in booking now as our view is that prices will come down and not go up .
For the avoidance of doubt we will be running trips to these games. Please be patient.
