This is a two-night roundtrip flight only option and includes all airport taxes and air passenger duty - no hotel or transfers included as we fly directly into Leipzig.
Outbound: Depart Tuesday 26th May Gatwick 10.00 a.m. – arrive in Leipzig 13.05
On arrival at Leipzig airport, it is possible to take the efficient S-Bahn train service into the centre of Leipzig and there are also train services to surrounding towns along with taxi’s.
Inbound: Depart Thursday 28th May Leipzig 13.00 - arrive Gatwick 14.30
Book your own Hotel, hostel, Airbnb etc, either in Leipzig or the surrounding towns.
Leipzig will be a fantastic destination for this game. A walk down the "Drallewatsch" pub district is a must. The old town also has many delightful bars and good restaurants and doubtless the main square MARKPLATZ will become a focal point.
Day of the game - make your own way to the stadium for the match kick-off 21:00 local time. In the past many visiting fans have walked from the centre to the stadium. There is also the option of using the excellent tram service.
Thursday 28th May, make your own way to the airport for your return flight.
Check-in will be open from two hours before departure.
Return flight from Leipzig 13:00 and lands back into Gatwick around 14:30 local time.

Name changes are £150 up until Friday 20th May 5 p.m. After this no name changes will be permitted.
Please note this is a Europa Conference League Final with many thousands of people trying to arrive at similar times. The weight of passengers is exceptional for airports to deal with. For these reasons we want to make it very clear that if you book this trip, you waive any rights to flight compensation due to delays as covered by the EU 261 rule. This is because the airlines and tour operators are already effectively being asked to delay flights as all concerned can only give best estimates as to what time you will eventually get back to the airport.
BOARDING PASSES: Please note there is no online check-in for these flights. Check-in will be at designated check-in desks at Gatwick & Leipzig. Our regular travellers will know that we normally send out a final itinerary/flight voucher approx. 7 days prior to travel. This will list full details of the flight, explain where to check-in and at what time. You will then be given boarding cards at the check-in counters. We will post regular updates on this page and social media. The flight times quoted are indicative and subject to change as these must be co-ordinated with the appropriate airports once both finalists have been confirmed.
LUGGAGE: Luggage allowance. There is often a hand luggage only rule imposed on extra charter flights going to big finals in Europe. On previous finals in order to accommodate our flights, we have been asked to make all flights "HAND LUGGAGE ONLY" Max 10kg per person. At the moment we have not been told if this rule will be imposed but please be aware when booking that this may be the case. If this is not the case, you will be entitled to our usual free 20kg hold luggage.
